The correct structure is "are skillful not only in developing new products but also in finding." This applies the "are skillful" both to "developing new products" and to "in finding."
A: Skillful needs to come before "not only."
B: Correct
C: Lacks the correct idiomatic structure "not only ... but also." Also, if "are skillful" comes after "not only," then it needs to be repeated before "in finding."
D: Not parallel ("develop ... in finding") and changes the meaning (not indicating that innovative companies "are skillful" in developing new products).
