Is quadrilateral ABCD a square? (See attached doc for the diagram)
(1) AB = BC = CD = DA
(2) x + y = 180
A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.
B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.
C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is
sufficient.

i get c.

in order for this to be a square, not only do they have to be equal and ||...and the sum of the two adjacent angles is 180..

E, I think the rhombus would satisfy the 2 conditions

The answer is E - because of the stated reason above - it can be a rhombus since the adjacent angles are supplementary
