Is it B

We need the sum and number of numbers to compute the mean

thus B alone is sufficient

B

Although A would work too if you do not count 0 as a multiple. But from my understanding it is a multiple.

Nope, because it mentions POSITIVE integer (0 not included) so D

Yes D it should be..

taking the 10,20,30,40,50( the smallest multiples of 10) -> 150/5 =30

I knew it was D...If it seems to simple it has to be a gmat trick. A is suff because the question is ATLEAST 30. So the minimum it could be is 10,20,30,40,50...which would give us 30. So yes, suff. Pick any other 5 multiples of 10 and it will always be greater than 30. thats why its suff.
