P=2a+2b, where a and b are sides of parallelogram ABCD
We are asked P=2a+2b>10 or a+b>5?

1) AB/BC = 7x/1x, a+b=8x - we dont know the value of x - NS
2) The distance from A to C - diagonal that creates a triangle with a and b. We know that sum of 2 sides of triangle > other side, hence a+b>5 - that's what we were searching - Suff
