Is $$x<y<z$$ ?

1) $$|x-1|<y<z+1$$
y<z+1, so y may be less than z... Example y is 3 and z is 4..
y may not be less than z, ... Example y is 3 and z is 2.5..
Insufficient

2) $$|x+1|<y<z-1$$
If y<z-1, y will surely be less than z..
Also if |x+1|<y, y is POSITIVE and will always be >x..
Ans is YES
Sufficient
