idilgunes Just reading about all the incredible options you have makes me genuinely excited for you!
Landing offers from BCG and Bain is no small feat, you have proved your potential and these firms have clearly taken note. If you ever decide to reapply in the future, you’d likely be a standout candidate. At the same time, the LSE MFin is an exceptionally selective program, making it a tough one to turn down.
I’d suggest weighing your passion for an academic finance degree against the appeal of a consulting career and the possibility of a top-tier MBA in 2–3 years. If finance is your long-term goal, something you would continue working in even after an MBA then I want to tell you that LSE is a powerhouse feeder to the world's best MBA programs, especially for those with finance backgrounds. Specializing with a master’s, gaining some industry experience, and then pursuing a top-5 MBA could set you up for a very very successful career in finance.
However, if you see yourself leaning towards general management/strategy rather than a finance-heavy path, taking the MBB offer now would be a fantastic move. You'd still have a strong shot at a top business school down the line, keeping all doors open for your future.
Best wishes

Hi guys,I am 22. I am from Turkey and I will complete my undergrad degree by Jun 25. I scored 685 from GMAT Focus and have a GPA of 3.5. I received full-time beginner offers from BCG and Bain Turkey offices. I declined BCG, as they have VERY long hours compared to Bain, at least that's the case in Turkey. I don't think I am interested in IB so I believe I will be a consultant. However as I was not sure whether or not I would receive offers from MBB firms, I also applied for masters. I got an offer from LSE MSc in Finance, I am sure I will be getting more offers from Imperial, Kings and UCL (all in finance).LSE MSc in Finance was my dream for a long time, and I never expected to get accepted. I am unsure whether or not I should move on forward with Bain or pursue my masters in LSE. To be honest, getting an MBA degree after 3 years of professional experience at Bain is another option. Most of the colleagues at Bain have pursued MBA degrees at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton LBS etc. Is an MSc in Finance degree in LSE worth turning down Bain? Or am I exaggerating LSE here?I am hoping you share your VERY honest opinions with me. Please note that I would love to work abroad one day, and since I am not a UK or EU citizen and don't have a worker visa, it will be very challenging for me to find a job in London. Would 3 yrs of working experience in an MBB and a MBA make it easier than it would be now? Thanks for your response.Best.
