I don’t quite agree with the solution. shouldn't the circumference be 2*0.4*3.14 = approx 2.5?

I don’t quite agree with the solution. shouldn't the circumference be 2*0.4*3.14 = approx 2.5?
The issue is that 0.4 meters is the diameter, not the radius. So the circumference is either pi * d = 3.14 * 0.4 ≈ 1.26 meters, or 2 * pi * r with r = 0.2, which gives the same result. Your 2 * 0.4 * 3.14 uses 0.4 as the radius, so it doubles the circumference by mistake.
