(A) so extraordinary fees of the kind they do today
(B) so extraordinary fees as they are today
(C) such extraordinary fees as they do today
(D) such extraordinary fees of the kind today’s have
(E) so extraordinary a fee of the kind they can today

B.

It should be so, instead of such. Such modifies nouns only. So C, D out
E looks wordy extraordinary a fee

Hesitate between A and B.
In B seems that AS is used correctly.

(B) so extraordinary fees as they are today
(C) such extraordinary fees as they do today
(D) such extraordinary fees of the kind today’s have
(E) so extraordinary a fee of the kind they can today

I will go with C.
Such modifies Fees.. What kind of fees.. extraordinary fees.
Such .. as .. --> Correct idiom.
So .X<noun>. As .. --> unidiomatic.
So X<adj> As to Y(Verb) -- > Idiomatic.
So large as to cause
Fees are SO extraordinary to earn
Such ..< extra ordinary fees> as they are today.

"Such" is needed here, so this requirement eliminates options A, B, and E. For D, the phrase "fees of the kind" is wordy and not very clear. That leaves us with C, the correct answer.

Eliminate 'so'. 'such' is correct.

So, out of C and D... It's C ---- correct usage 'such ... as'
