Between B & D, I choose D as in option B, it says the substitute is not well received in the market, but still we can consider the usage of the substitute which reduces some % of Nolutin.
Whereas in D, the new medicine requires the usage of fish oil.

Please correct my understanding.

B and D are my top pics, I chose B because new medicine may be replaced by something else and there is nothing mentioned about new medicine in the paragraph.

Between B & D

B. A synthesized, inexpensive substitute for the fish oil obtained from Orintok has not been well received in the market. -- CORRECT
Despite being inexpensive, this substitute has not been well received in the market. The failure of the substitute to do well in the market provides a strong reason that the fish will be the primary source to obtain the much in demand oil from.

D. Tountin, another new medicine, is also manufactured using the oil from Orintok. INCORRECT
We don’t know how successful and hence in demand this new medicine is. Hence cant say for sure.

I still have my doubt about the answer would be better letter D, but if i think further despite the another medicine, we dont know much about it demand, so better is letter B
