IMO D
(11*11*10^-6*19)/(4*102*2*10^-6)= (121*19)/(8*102)
approximating we get 2300/(100*8)
which is approximately 2.8

I will approximate to:

\(\frac{120}{200} * 4.75\). A little more than half of 4.75; D seems right.
