Area of the total rectangular plot = 80 * 60 = 4800
Length of plot without the road = 80-10 = 70
Breadth of plot without the road = 60- 10 = 50
Area of the rectangular plot without road = 70*50 = 3500

So, Surface are of road = 4800 - 3500 = 1300

Answer B
