Quick question to those who have been interviewed. How has your portal changed?

The application status page changes (unlike for other schools) and gives you a link to register for your interview (either Interview Day or at a time that you prefer through a calendar).

Yes, I'm in the same boat but received my 'ready for review' email back on 10/04. Status still says 'submitted'. Have others seen that status update to anything other than submitted?

Should I be discouraged that I received the 'ready for review' email over a month ago and no update since? Anyone else experiencing the same?

Can't speak to if it changes this year as I'm in the same boat as you two. Believe last year it did but not surprised if it doesn't change.

I don't believe there is any correlation to when your application is ready to review and is actually reviewed so they may still be reviewing. I'd start to get discouraged in the next week or two if you haven't heard back (or at least I will be). Technically you could get an interview invite "up until the decision date" but I think the odds tip over towards unlikely once you get to the mid-late November window without an invite.

There is one thing I know and that is Berkeley will keep you in suspense so try not to worry about it too much.

I've been invited to interview, and mine still says submitted.

Once you go inside the portal does it have an interview notification text or something?

Yes. Once you receive an invite, the portal essentially looks like this:

Your application has been received and you will be considered for Round 1. You may return to this page to track the status of your application at any time.

Have anyone been waiting for more than a month from the time the application was ready to review to the day of interview invite? I got my ready for review email like a month ago and I start to worry I'm out. Also, is there like an interview invites deadline?

There will not be a deadline till three days before decisions. The waiting still is cruel though :(

Haas - are you listening? Invite us.

Thanks! 3 days oh wow, not completely fair for those invited to complete the task in such a rush, but def better than being dinged :) .

It's a tough wait indeed, that's why I'm looking for a pattern with the ready to review emails and interview invites...

Let me correct myself. Last year I got an invite about 8-10 days before the deadline and I was asked to schedule my date before 12th March (the deadline was 15th)
