How long have they taken to get back to people after the interview? Can anyone share their timeline?

I just heard yesterday! Woo!

Here's my timeline:

Submitted: 10/3/17
Status Changed: 10/10/17
Interview Invite: 10/17/17
Interview: 10/30/17
Acceptance (via email): 11/13/17

Notes: My offer indicated that I was waitlisted for scholarship consideration, but I was not invited to the LEAD event. Based on the verbiage of the letter, it sounds like it will be determined based on their ending commits/yield.

Thank you for sharing!

2 weeks is tough to wait. I wonder with the round 2 deadline approaching if they'll start giving out more decisions

Was there any update on the portal about the final decision? And what was the timestamp of the email as per EST? Thanks.

I applied R2, but just finished my interview this past Friday. I heard people find out approximately 2 weeks after their interview. Does anyone know if all R1 admits have to be sent out before they start with R2?

Timestamped 8:42am EST on 11/13/17. I received the email first, then checked the portal - nothing had changed. A few hours later, I checked the portal again and the status changed to "Complete". I then had the option to 1. View My Decision and 2. RSVP for Destination Johnson.

Are Johnson interviews on-campus typically done with a student or adcom?

From my experience you can end up with adcom or a student. I ended up interviewing with Adcom. They have your resume, and notes from your application package.

Here's my interview experience.

1. Walk me through your resume. I had read previous questions which I answered through this opportunity and also touched on why Johnson was what I was looking for.
2. How do you plan on making an impact at Cornell?
3. How will Cornell help you attain your goal?
4. What's your backup plan if your first choice doesn't work out?
5. How are you preparing for an MBA?

Overall very conversational and laid back. Hope this helps.
