So I submitted my application on the 13th. And in my chapters essay I quoted Louis C.K. I finished this essay before his sexual harassment scandal and did not read about the news until today. Should I reach out to adcom to tell them I wrote the essay before his scandal and that I wouldn't have cited him if I knew about the scandal? FYI his scandal happened couple days before I hit submit. Just worried that I would be looked at as a person who condones sexual harassment. This is so dumb that I have to worry about something like this because of this idiot.....

Appreciate your input.

I would just email the admissions committee and explain what happened.

Just wanted to let everyone know that interview invites for November are coming out. I got mine this morning. I submitted on 11/15 and my application has said "under review". It has changed to "schedule interview".

Yes, for the 2 year program. Have not heard back yet, but they said it could take up to four weeks. :)

I just had my interview yesterday with Johnson. I was invited to interview on Tuesday and interviewed on Thursday. I submitted on the 11/15 deadline.

I was asked the following questions:

1. Walk me through your resume
2. What are your career goals?
3. What company would you like to work for? Why?
4. What is your career backup?
5. What about Johnson makes you want to apply? (she referenced the other schools I applied to that I mention on my application)
6. What leisure (non-professional) clubs would you be a member of while at Johnson? Why?
7. Tell me about a time that you had to lead a difficult group.
8. What is your leadership style?
9. How do you spend your time outside of work?

Time for questions at the end.

She offered to get me in touch with current students who could help answer my questions. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and I thought the interview went well. I would say really know your career goals and be able to speak in depth about the companies you want to work for and why. Hopefully this helps those of you waiting for your interview or those of you waiting on your invitation!

I would encourage anyone in R2 that is invited to a LEAD event to attend. It was an absolutely wonderful chance to get a closer look at the school, culture, and program.

I had a wonderful time and met some exceptional people (prospectives) and I hope to hear back with good news in the next 1 to 2 weeks.

The event consisted of lots of social meet and greets, evaluated team exercises, and of course the normal interview. This felt like a very unique and special consideration that Johnson puts on for students and I wish more schools did the same.

Do you know if there is just one LEAD event per round? I’m sure we met at the initial meeting on Thursday to kick it off, btw

I checked my original email from Johnson and it looked like only one set of dates was given (someone else mentioned possibly two dates to choose from) so I would assume based on that email that there's one event per round. It also took place right before the decision deadlines.
