Sent from my iPhone using GMAT Club Forum mobile app I'm guessing it's dependent upon how many people are considered high potential. One student said that most of her group in Round 2 were selected as park fellowship. So I guess it depends a lot on how each person is evaluated at LEAD.

Did any other October Round applicants who interviewed hear back with decisions?
