Where is the Wharton exec 2016/2018 thread?

Good question. I have just added a discussion for the 2016/2018 year: calling-all-wharton-emba-applicants-ph-sf-2016-intake-class-of-211728.html

bb, what about IIM A PGPX program ? It s a 1Y exec MBA program offered by IIM Ahmedabad, India. I believe there should be similar programs for IIM B and IIM C as well.

We need a few more programs in the list, such as Ross EMBA 2016 intake, UNC Kenan-Flagler EMBA 2016 intake and Virgina Darden EMBA 2016 intake. I would like to start such discussions but not sure if am authorized to do that; maybe only moderators can start such threads?

Got to ask it here: how is it that Ross EMBA has only one applicant (me) and Darden has many? Even Kenan-Flagler has just me. Should I infer Darden EMBA is more popular than Ross'? If yes, can someone please tell why?

Got Accepted California State University, Craig school of Businees. EMBA class of 2016-17. I am still not sure to go for this B school as US post doesn't have any ranking on this one! Only perk with this course is its closer to my work place and i can manage to handle both due to flexible evening classes and overall one year duration of the program.
Need advise!

Personal Stats:
Work experience of 10 years ( worked with various MNC manufacturing companies, Currently working as an Operations Manager)
Under grad Degree: Ag. Engineering
GPA: 3.42/4

Congratulations xoulreaver. I have been accepted to Kenan Flagler's OneMBA for 2016. Waiting on a couple of other schools to compare and contrast.

Are you waiting on other results? Maybe that will ease your decision making once you have something to compare with.

Hello Narenn,
I'm looking for Executive MBA programs in India. Could you please suggest the top Executive MBA colleges in India at the moment. I just got to know that IIM A, IIM Indore and SP Jain Executive MBA program deadlines are over. IIM B deadline is on 5th December. Apart from ISB which are the other colleges which are ranked well in executive MBA?

Hello Experts

What are the generic requirements for EMBA.

I have 8 years Exp.
GMAT 690.
No company sponsorship.

Will I be eligible for EMBA?
Does EMBA have scholarships similar to MBA?

Regards

Each school outlines their requirements - you can check the ones you are interested in.... and traditionally they do not offer scholarships - very rare when they do.

Executive MBA in India - I have 7+ years of experience at McKinsey and Company. I am working in Service Operations area. I was wondering if I should go for a full time MBA or executive MBA? My inclination is towards EMBA, that way I can continue to work as well. I am open to your suggestions. I have done my BSC in Computer Science in 2011.

Full time MBA is suitable to those who want to make big career switch e.g. changing industry or job function. If you want to remain in management consulting after MBA then I think EMBA will be a better option for you. Check our MBA guide - Page #53, Types of Programs - to understand all these MBA program options better.. https://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-club-mb ... 66258.html
