I have got through!
Interview scheduled on Feb 22nd, received the offer by March 1st.
I am told that I am the first registration for the class of 2019. (Yes! I have accepted the offer)
I have applied to RSM last year itself but unfortunately I was late(applied by Sep'16 and it was too late for an Indian student)
Anyways happy me :) Happy to help!

The SKYPE interview was mainly focussed on what I have mentioned on my CV and SOPs.
Duration~1 hour
Started off with general questions like "Why MBA?, Introduce yourself?, Why now, Why Europe?, Motivation etc". Things got little intense on the second half with with scenario based questions like "How will you react to a XYZ situation and why?"
Generally I would suggest everyone to trust your basic skills, be sure about what you have put on in your CV and SOPs. Never try to pre-construct your answers and make it too obvious. Be talkative and enthusiastic.

Great idea @raarun.. I have already submitted my application. The stakes are very high this year for me as I am not applying to any US schools. I think they will start the evaluation after April 24th. I am not sure if it'll be in a FIFO basis or random.

As far as I got to know from the adcom it will be on a FIFO basis given that your application is complete.

I was able to speak to Shiraz and got to know his interview experience. @Shiraaz A big thanks to you.
@everyone who has already applied..how did you guys tackle the socio economic impact essay for RSM?I asked the RSM admissions people and was advised that you need not actually speak about the decisions you made as I believe not everyone will be in such roles.They advised me to be innovative and write about personal experiences or initiative you have observed within your company.Any help will be much appreciated.
