ISB is still rolling interview invites. I'd recommend-

1. Check you inbox at regular intervals, &
2. Continue with your PI preparation.

Very difficult for me to comment on this. Seems like ISB is evaluating both R2 and R3 candidates simultaneously this year. So, it's better if you continue with your preparation and keep an eye on your inbox.

I think the wait and anxiety still continues for people who interviewed on 4-5th Jan. I have a feeling offers will be rolled by Wednesday 22nd.
But that is just my calculated guess.

In the info sessions that I attended, the ISB admission team mentioned that this (weightage of various admission parameters) is kept confidential. However, ISB shall holistically look into all the data points so as to ensure that no aspirant is denied admission for a low score in any one of the parameter alone. (e.g. low GMAT score or poor recommendation). That's the beauty of the process.

PS: I attended both the infosessions in Delhi and I recommend you not to worry much. Hope this helps.

None of us have any info regarding the invites.

One way is to get in touch with any current student who is working with Adcom and inform.

Done with the interview! It was a mixture of good/ tough and insightful questions.
It was a time where I even enjoyed the nervousness I had. The adcom and alums take you to a ride with emotions and critical thinking, exposing your attributes to yourself.

I wish i have more such encounters in my life and career. Dont know what the result is gonna be but it was a great experience.

Regards,
Rishav
