I don't think they have sent any admits for R2 interviews done on 4th-5th Jan yet. I haven't heard that till now atleast.
I am sure everyone who has given R2 interviews on 4-5th Jan is eagerly awaiting that or any news on that.

R2 Candidate, interviewed on the 4th in Mumbai. Still awaiting my result but I like Sidmehra's idea. I was interviewed by Panel 5 - if anyone else here was, would love to discuss the questions and the tone of the interview.

Hi Vipul, I was interviewed by Panel 5

Below were the questions

Tell us about yourself, I had a couple of initial job switches so they quizzed me on that aspect quite a bit
Why MBA, I have close to 7 years of work experience so they also asked why not 2 years ago.
Why should ISB select me
Asked me about my post MBA plans
Asked me about my extra Curriculars and personal interests mentioned in the app
Asked me about a work conflict situation
I have worked in 3 different roles at my org so they asked me what my major learning’s were from each role

Hi,
Did you mention something about solving a work conflict issue in your application or was it impromptu ?

My experience was quite similar to Amallal's - the questions followed that pattern (introductory/profile exploration; why ISB for you and your goals; domain expertise check; and end). The interviewers were very friendly and open; the conversation was really relaxed.
