Great Job! Thanks for publishing the latest edition application kit. Much appreciated! Great to know that ISB has added R3 this year. Who's advised to apply in this round? - Only those few highly accomplished busy professionals who couldn't find time to apply in earlier two rounds?

Insider news is that R3 is actually for the ISS astronauts who could not apply in the earlier rounds
