or y is +ve and x is -ve such that value of integer of x >y eg ( -1,+0.5)

From Statement 1 : ( x, y ) can be both Positive, negative , X negative, Y positive Means X,Y can be 1 , 2 & 3 Quadrant
From Statement 2 : y=-x+20 , Graph of straight line can be 2,1st & 4th Quadrant
Combining Statement 1& 2, X & Y can be 1st & 2nd quadrant. No unique solution .
Kindly correct my understanding.
