I took the GMAT Prep Exam #3 from the exam pack. I know which problem types I have to study to make it past 700, but I'm still stuck at 680 V40 Q44. Based on what I can see, I should be putting more effort into quant at this point because I am in the 90th percentile for verbal and 63rd percentile for quant. I have the Prep's version of an ESR, and I would really appreciate some experts taking a look at my performance and providing some insight.

You seem to be investing a lot of time in Algebra/Geometry but still seeing lowest accuracy in them. Since the ESR doesn't segregate the two, it is hard to say what's tripping you the most but I would suggest you to evaluate your test. Find out the topics in which you are making the most mistakes and work on them. It should help you bump up your score substantially.
