1) AB = CD --> Does not indicate whether AB || CD. So insufficient.
2) AB is parallel to CD --> Does not indicate whether the other 2 sides are parallel to each other. So insufficient.
Combining 1) and 2) --> If AB = CD and AB is parallel to CD, then the other 2 side must be equal and parallel to one another. Hence sufficient. Ans is C
