Written GMAT twice. No improvement

Question

Hi,

I have taken GMAT twice. Sept and Nov. Scored 670 and 660 respectively. I have consumed almost all the questions I have come across and can't seem to find where I am going wrong. I have been doing deep analysis of my errors also but in the real exam, I haven't improved. The worst thing is that I have taken all the GMAT prep mocks, Manhattan mocks and Veritas mocks. So all the questions I encounter are usually repeated and my first reaction is to remember the correct answer.

Please help!! I want to write the GMAT again and my target score is 730+.

The first step would be order the ESR, which will give you 
an idea where you are messing up in the real exam. The 
experts on this forum will be able to help you.
It would be beneficial to know the split of your scores, to 
provide any specific advice!

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) What were the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores on your 2 Official GMATs?
2) How long did you study for each attempt?
3) What study materials did you use for each attempt?
4) When was the last time you took a NEW CAT - with questions that you had NOT seen before (and how did you score, including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?

Goals:
5) When are you planning to retake the GMAT?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

Please find my responses below:

Studies:
1) What were the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores on your 2 Official GMATs?   1st attempt : Q50 V29. 2nd Attempt : Q49 V31. Attached the ESR for a better idea 
2) How long did you study for each attempt?  For the first attempt, I studied for 4 months. 2 months classes at TOP one percent in Delhi, and 2 months for self study and mocks. For the second attempt, I studied for a month. This time, I concentrated majorly on the mocks 
3) What study materials did you use for each attempt?  I used the material provided by the coaching I joined (mentioned above). I also completed the SUPER 100 in CR, GMAT Prep extracted questions and OG13 for CR and SC. Also, in the second attempt, I used Manhattan RC book for refreshing my concepts 
4) When was the last time you took a NEW CAT - with questions that you had NOT seen before (and how did you score, including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
 Since I have practiced a lot of questions, each of the exams I wrote had at least 2-3 repeated questions. Though the last exam I wrote without any repition was GMAT prep 6. I scored 720 in it. Q50 V38.

Goals:
5) When are you planning to retake the GMAT?  My original plan was round 1, then round 2. But now since I do not have a decent score, I am not sure what to do and how much time i need. I am honestly fine with quants and do not help much help in that. And as far as verbal goes, I am well versed with all the SC rules, CR techniques. I have learned some RC techniques too (such as O.C.T.A.V.E.) but I noticed that when it comes to questions, I rely on comprehension. But when I saw the ESR,
 I did not do that well in SC and CR too. 
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?  I wanted to apply for fall 2018 batches. But time seems to be running 
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?   Majorly schools in ASIA : ISB, NUS, NTU, HKUST, CUHK,CEIBS, ROTMAN, Richard Ivey etc. No schools in US. If needed, I might apply to schools in Europe (HEC, Boconni, Manchester, Oxford)
