In other words, if y<x-10, is y<0 ?
(1) If x=8, we get y<-2 SUFF
(2) y=-20 SUFF

I wud say D
x-y>10; is x-y>x+y
st1. x=8
lets see if x=8, then y has to be negative and smaller than <-2
pick y=-3; 8+3=11 which is > 10...
8-3=5, which is less than x+y...suff
st2. y=-20
which means x-y>10
means x-y >10, which implies x cud be 25 - -20 = 45 is greater than 10...
however x+y 25-20=5...
x cannot be negative and smaller than y...sufficient
