Refer to table structure,
(1) Thirty students are not taking Spanish.
--> Insufficient
(2) Y=40% of X,while Z=75% of Y
--> Insufficient
Combining (1) & (2),
--> A + 15 = 20
--> A = 5 --> Sufficient
