I am unable to go past gmat 660 mark (last 3 attempts) because of poor verbal score (Q:49-50,and V 29-31).
I am in such a state where my conscience says that i should take another gmat attempt but my performance speaks otherwise. Following is my preparation brief:
*I started preparing around a year back using Veritas Prep videos for SC and CR and Manhattan book for SC and lecture videos for CR.
*I have exhausted plenty (almost all) of official gmat questions available on gmatclub forum (used timers).
*Exhausted Veritas Mocks (1st attempt: max V28, Reattempt: max V39), Manhattan prep Mocks (1st attempt: max V37, Reattempt: max V35 ), and Official practice test 1-6 practice tests (scored V35 one week before Oct 23 Official GMAT).
I have attached ESR reports (Q50 I scored in test that I cancelled) for last 3 gmat attempts for you to better understand my performance.
Kindly, suggest some action plan. I am running against time for coming Sept intake admission (targeting WHU, Manchester, St. gallen, Warwick) .

First off, a 660/Q49 is a strong Score, so it could be enough to get you into your first-choice School. As such, another retest might not be necessary. There's no harm in continuing to study though - and you could potentially pick up a bunch of points in the Verbal section. There are a number of similarities in these 3 performances - and it's likely that you've gotten "stuck" in a certain way of thinking about the Verbal section that is keeping you from scoring higher.
In another post, you stated that you were looking for a 1-week 'crash course' in the Verbal section, but you will likely need closer to a month of consistent, guided study to get to the point that you can consistently score at that higher level. You've likely developed some 'bad habits' during your prior studies that will take time to fix (and replace with new 'good habits'). Thankfully, the GMAT is the same consistent, predictable Exam that it's always been, so you CAN train to score at a higher level.
Before we discuss the data in your 3 ESRs, I have a few questions about your prior studies and your goals:
1) Over the last 3 months, how many hours did you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used during that time?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) What are the exact application deadlines that you are facing?
