This is a Yes/No type of question
Question is if Rick's weight = 110 or not.
Statement 1 :
Let's assume Rick's weight is 110.
Then 120 should be weight of the 3rd heaviest person. But this is not the average of 5 person's weight. So this implies Rick's weight is not equal to 110.
We can definitely answer NO.
Sufficient
Statement 2 :
Rick's weight can be 110 or 105 or 130.
So insufficient

Median = mean
Rick weight = X
100, 120, 135, 155 and X
100+120+135+155+X/5
510+X = 5 median
Let say Rick weight = 110
510+110 = 5*120 (median)
620≠600
So Rick weight is never equal to 110.

(2) Rick is not the heaviest or lightest person in the room.
Rick's weight can range from 101 (lightest is 100) to 154 (heaviest is 155)
