From the graph, we can confirm triangle AOC is an isosceles right triangle.
Statement 1:
We can find the length of a leg as we know all the angles of an isosceles right triangle. That gives us the radius and we can find the area of the circle. Sufficient.
Statement 2:
The circumference would be 4 times the arc length of ABC. Then we can find radius/area, sufficient.
