let the equal sides be a (AC and AB)
longest side be c(CD) and b(BD) be the 4th side
then as per statements - c = 2a+1 and b = 2a -1
sum of all sides = 2a + b + c = 18
solving for a we get, a = 3, b = 5 and c = 7
Area of trapezoid = 0.5 (sum of parallel sides)*height
= 0.5*10*3 = 15
