I purchased an ESR on 2023-12-20 , But still I have not received any ESR on my mail .
Also, the I followed the steps as mentioned in the MBA support page, but still I cannot find my ESR.
Its been a week now, but I need to see my ESR so that I can take further steps on improvement.
Please guide
