Hi everyone,
I gave my first attempt on 28th Nov 2024 morning 8AM slot.
reached exam center 50mins before, but was allowed inside hall only before 10mins (at 7 50 AM)
was given a sheet of instructions to read for 3-4mins and ID proof was checked(passport ID), fingerprints was taken. kept all belongings in assigned locker.
I was assigned with one cabin to take up the exam. first screen was to confirm whether name which is displayed on screen is same as that of ID proof.
after confirming, further process was same as that of mock exam.
I choose verbal, DI and quant as the order.
I got feared initially while taking up verbal because of which it didn't go well, same thing for Data Insights
I took 10min breaks after two sections, was asked by exam center not to sit in cabin during break time so i came out of cabin and sat in waiting hall. there is checkout and check-in process every time we need to authenticate with fingerprint.
after the break got over, started with quant section. It went well as compared to Verbal and DI.
if anyone of u guys could provide ur comments on how percentile gets affected when questions get incorrect initially it would be helpful to evaluate..

Based on my limited understanding, you need to study for this. You need to be familiar with the type of questions that come in GMAT.
Since it is an adaptive test (+ you can't switch between questions unlike other Indian exams), It is important to get initial questions correct.
Your DI %ile was lower than QA, am I correct in assuming that the Data Sufficiency questions were a menace? You can adopt the AD/BCE method to make things easier.
I watched all the free GMAT Ninja videos on YouTube. That helped me develop familiarity with the exam.
