The graphs really help show the story. On the US News graph, you can really see the tier groupings pop right out at you.

Interesting to see the std deviations for the two rankings. US news has a much lower std deviation while BW has a much larger deviations across the schools.
US News- as everyone probably knows, tweaks the rankings to reflect public perception. As public perception does not change a whole bunch, the rankings year over year are the same- hence leading to a lower std dev. B-week on the other hand seems to have a higher deviation, either for "shock" value or for having the same criteria and letting the chips fall the way they should.
