Hi seekmba,
The error log is a tool to help you overcome shortcomings. Everyone's error log will be slightly different.
Check the error log thread to understand how to benefit from an error log.

Next, please visit the error log competition thread. You fill find many examples of error logs (including my bare bone basic hand written error log).

My error log was a stop watch (or a clock), a piece of paper and a legend to identify problems I spent too much time on, problems I guessed on and problems I got wrong.
What has worked for others may not work for you. Figure out your study habits and develop an error log that best addresses this.
