Let number of chocolate and toffee bars Rasheed bought be 2C and 2T [i.e. C and T packages]
He handed out (2/3)*2C= 4C/3 and (3/5)*2T = 6T/5 bars
stmnt1 - Rasheed bought C and T packages of chocolate and toffee respectively.
T = C-1.
we have no other info. hence insuff
stmnt2 - 4C/3 = 6T/5 => C = 9T/10. no other info. hence insuff
taking together we have T = C-1 and C = 9T/10. hence suff
so C
