Q) According to the graph, what lead time results in the greatest change in sales over the previous month?

A) Here, individual slopes (per month) in the graph will give us the change in sales over previous months. Slope steeper = more change!
Now, it is clear from the graph that out of all the given options, the slope is steeper for month 13-14. So the correct answer is option E.

Just 1 doubt. The solid boxes shown in graph are not exactly in line with months on x-axis. It's it intentional or a mistake? Like what is the value for month 0 and month 20?

To calculate the answer you don't need to know the value of month 0 and month 20, and yes this is intentional so the aspirants need to watch closely.

why is anwer not 12 to 13?
12 to 13 has much steeper slope

See the graph below circled dots are actually months 13-14, not 12-13



Trick: count the number of squared dots and then count the months, or else read the OE CAREFULLY, you will get the answer
