Really new to this forum, I have a simple question regarding my score report to desired schools
I recently took GMAT and chose to send my score whatever the result is in order to meet the deadlines of most schools I attempt to apply to. Among those options there are two schools which do not consider GMAT as mandatory but recommend submission. Since I determined to send scores before I retrieved my score ,naturally the score is also sent to those two schools. However, the result turns an average score(Really high Q,low V). I anticipated that an average GMAT score with obvious discrepancy between V and Q may somehow undermine my application, therefore while filling my application to those two schools that do not necessarily need GMAT , I deliberately decide not to mention that I have actually taken GMAT and reported it. I wonder under such a scenario, when the schools actually receive official score report from Pearson, will they still match it to my application for review ? That is, will they strictly follow all supplied files only in my application form ?
