D) is out because such as is used for example.

Between C) and E) , C) is better .... such as for milk does not make sense

We need to cite examples of food allergies and need such as. Like is wrong. B D out

A is wrong because milk is not a food allergy

Food allergies to milk is better than food allergies for milk. E is out

C remains

Sure thing. OA given is C. I need to be more careful in choosing the right answer with this sort of easy question...but sometimes, I do mistake. Hmmmmm.
