could you folks help me decipher the question stem, that's where i got confused.

Here's my expln

Add all the times and divide by 10 = 1000/10 = 100=mean

now it says that a 1 point standard deviation means 22.4

therefore times that go above 1 standard deviation = 100-22.4<no. of times<100+22.4 = = = = 77.6<no.<122.4
since we need to calculate the ones that are ONE SD BELOW THE MEAN we have to see numbers below 77.6
which are 70 and 75

hence answer is 2 = B

mean = 90+105/2 = 97.5
1SD below = 97.5-22.4 = 75.1
the question asks for numbers greater than 1SD means number above 75.1 hence its 5.
