I would say first solve a few questions from both PS and DS in OG, solving them will give you a rough idea on the topics GMAT tests you. Once you are done with that then give a mock to assess your strengths and weaknesses.

Post assessing your weaknesses you could start solving those topics in OG. In case you complete all the OG questions, you can refer the below link for topic and difficulty wise practice

https://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-ps-ques ... 27957.html - PS

https://gmatclub.com/forum/ds-question- ... 28728.html - DS

I recommend you to refer the below link for all the information related to Quant

P.S - Do follow Bunuel, the math wiz.

What do you mean by topic wise? Like, doing all of the percents problems, then all of the rates problems, etc?

If so - it depends on what you're trying to accomplish. You can use the OG to study specific types of math, like rates, etc. If you've been reading about a particular type of math and you want to practice it with actual GMAT problems, it's fine to use the OG like that.

You can also use the OG to practice strategy and timing for test day, in which case you should select problems randomly (just open the section to the middle and do the next 10 problems that you haven't done yet.)
