10^10 has 10 spots which can be replaced by 1 = 10 ways
2 x 10^10 = 1 way

Total = 11 numbers

meaning
10000000000 to 100000000000

now, sum of digits of n is 2
so options can be
10000000001
10000010000 or
11000000000

there can be 11 such options ...so an A
