The answers to the questions are:

1) The answer is B, as the growth rate slowed down from ~\(185\)% in the year 2008-2009 to ~\(157\)% in the year 2009 to 2010.

2) The answer is C, \(\frac{3700}{153}\) = ~\(25\) times.

ques 2 : It comes out to be 21.18. why cant I take it as 24 ?

Also in ques 1 : 2008 - 2009 - 185% , 2009 - 2010 - 157% and 2010- 2011 - 85%. Is question asking which year it slowed 1st that is why ans is 2009-2010?

Because if you repeated the revenue 24 times the total would still be lower than the 2011 earnings. We have to round up since 25 is the only number that is over the threshold.
