A produces 25 items
B produces 25
C preoduces 50 items

No of deffective by A = 0.25
No of deffective by B = 0.5
No of deffective by C = 1.5

P(deffective is from A ) = 0.25 / ( 0.25+0.5+1.5 ) = 1/9
p(deffective is from B ) = 0.5 / ( 0.25+0.5+1.5) = 2/9
