Hi  bb ,
In my opinion, 'RC Timer ABOVE Individual Questions' seems to be the better option.

In RCs, as of now, the user needs to manually click on the play button on all the questions. 
Is it possible to modify the process as -
1. User clicks on the play button of timer 1( reads the passage and chooses an answer for question 1)
2. As soon as an answer for question 1 is selected, timer for question 2 starts by itself (instead of the user manually clicking on it) 
3. As soon as an answer for question 2 is selected, timer for question 3 starts by itself and so forth.

In my opinion, the new process will capture the time taken more accurately and reduce the burden(of manually clicking on the play button) on the user.

Also adding to that keep the spoiler below the Timer.

Why can't we have a standard template for RC passage so that the user can just Fill in the blanks.

One timer, start it, run on until the last question is attempted.

record in the inter- timing so the students could see also in which type of question him/her take more time to reply: inference or main idea ??

I think the RC timer should be on the top and another thing I want to add is if I am doing RC from master directory then the number question in one passage is not what we have in the OG, for example: OG 2015 question no. 8. There will be 7 questions if I do from master directory but in the OG 2015 there is only 3 questions. I think to maintain error log it would be really helpful if both the places contains same no. of questions.

I really agree with  Skywalker18 . The timer should be on the top of the question, and if possible it could be automatic.

It would be big help in understanding overall timing on RC passages.

My suggestion is an Add-on to  Skywalker18  's quote:
While doing an RC passage normally we do not have a timer button for the passage, time taken to read the passage gets added to the first question attempted, creating an unnecessary error log. If the button's there clicking it starts timer for passage read timing, the moment button for first question is clicked passage timer button stops, calculating passage read time and so on...

I figured out what is happened: in the OG 13th edition the passage has 3 questions.

The same passage in the 10th edition has 7 questions. Who was in charge to post them took the shortcut: instead to post TWO passages and address the difference of the two with a link and the bottom of the same and cross-posting them, edited ONE passage with 7 questions. Which is WRONG.

You can read the editor at the bottom.

This happens because overtime GMAC does this, recycling contents and fade out questions.

Could be redone the entire process: from the master directory to the single OGs. But is really time-consuming.

In case, send a private message to the CEO  bb . See the possible course of action.

Thanks for your post. 
Unfortunately this is not going to be possible. GMAC publishes different questions to the same passage in different editions and to avoid duplicating the same passage over and over, they get added. 
I would suggest that you purchase a copy of the OG that you are working with the match the Error Log.

Should not you be happy though? Imagine you check your bank account or your chicken coop and instead of $3K or 3 chickens, you happen to find $7K or 7 chickens? I'd throw a party right away
