Kartman's Department Store sales figures for the first week of the month are shown in the table. The percentage of returns shows what percent of total sales were returned.

Standard commission earned by departments is calculated by subtracting 100% of the returned amount from the pre-return commission.
As an incentive, management for Kartman's announced that departments with return percentages under 4.5% will earn an extra commission on sales. This extra commission is calculated by taking \(\frac{1}{2}\)% of their commissions after returns are subtracted. In the table below, identify which departments will earn more than $1,000 in total commissions for the week.
