Question 1
The range in percent of employment for a sector is the difference between the maximum and minimum percents of employment for that sector, which can be found by sorting the column corresponding to that sector. The table below shows the result for each of the 3 sectors.
Sector Range in percent
Agriculture 47.2% - 1.2% = 46.0%
Industry 29.5% - 16.7% = 12.8%
Service 81.7% - 28.1% = 53.6%

The correct answer is Yes.

After sorting the Industry column it can be seen that 5 of the 10 countries have less than 25% employment, namely those with values 16.7%, 19.9%, 21.9%, 22.2%, and 24.7%.
