understand it like this
"ill do my makeup and then ill do my hair"
so when i do makeup, then I WILL 10000% DO MY HAIR.
this does not mean that if i do my hair, it means that i did my makeup. maybe i did my makeup but there is no surety for that. maybe i do my hair after lets say i put on nailpolish, and not makeup.
the statement is only telling me that if makeup, then hair. (if a, then b). not i did my hair, so i must have done makeup before doing my hair.
it is only putting limitations on makeup. not hair. i will HAVE to do my hair after makeup. but just because i did my hair, it cannot possibly mean that i did makeup.
maybe i look better w/o makeup and dont need to do my makeup before every hangout. but my hair completely sucks so i have to do my hair all the time. so i will do my hair always, even if i do my makeup or i dont.

I still do not understand the logic here.
I suppose the following situation
1) If I eat dinner -> I will have dessert (If a then b)
2) If I have dessert -> I will have stomach ache (if b then c)
3) If I have stomach ache -> I will go to hospital (if c then d)
In the same logic, if I do not have dessert => I would not have stomach ache (if not b then not c) -> Should the answer be (B)
Answer (C) does not apply in this situation
If I don't go to hospital -> I won't eat dinner (if not D -> not A) - it does not make sense
I suppose the following situation

Consider it as a currency to understand a bit better.
Lets say
A= 10$
B=8$
C=5$
D=3$
Now, if A then B means --> If we have 10$, then we must have 8$.
Option A - Not necessary ( If we have 3 $ doesn't mean we should have 10 $ )
You can cancel out all the rest of the options except.
Option C, which is correct ( If we don't have 3 $ then we can't have 10$)
Lets say
A= 10$
B=8$

Now, if A then B means --> If we have 10$, then we must have 8$.
