Your GMAT score is only as good as your weakest section/subsection.

You will need an ~8 point increase in quant and a ~13 point increase in verbal to hit the ~700 mark. Focus on your weaknesses and move on from there.

Based on your score I would focus on verbal first. I like to mix it up and not do one section for more than a couple of days in a row. Going through MGMAT SC book and really understanding the rules and tells for SC helped my verbal score the most. RC and CR I got better at mainly by practicing.

can you mix studying for quant and verabl or is it not a good idea... i.e. 1 hr quant 1 hr verbal each day
