honestly I'd go with purdue considering your goals, its a free ride to a good school. Vandy isn't THAT much better.

I will also go to Purdue if I had the opportunity. It is a free ride and once again that is too good to pass up. Go with Purdue

I am currently in 12th grade and I am confused between BBA and BMS. Which is a better course to opt for? Also how good are BBA courses in abroad?

According to me, BBA is a lot better course than BMS. I have myself pursued BBA and hence I can tell you that BMS concentrates on analytical and logical oriented studies, while BBA course concentrates on core elements of business which is more helpful. Moreover if you happen to take up MBA in the future, BBA would prove to be very helpful to you. BBA courses in abroad are pretty good, they give you a lot of exposure and also offer internships.

Even I wanted to do my BBA from aboard, I remember coming across some good colleges such as Nanyang, LCU, S P Jain, Melbourne school of business.

If you are sure you want to work in Nashville, this is a no-brainer. No amount of $ at Purdue should sway you. Owen is the way to go.

Full disclosure: Vandy student here. (Anchor Down!)

That said, if Nashville is not the end-all-be-all for you, Purdue should stay in the running.

I recommend visiting both Vanderbilt and Purdue before you make a final decision. Meet with the Career Services at each school. That will give you the best idea of what each place has to offer.

Good luck with your decision!
