Hey Samidh, thanks for the prompt response.
It would be helpful, if you could suggest some toefl books or links that could be of help to me.

Thanks in Advance

I did NOT go through any books for TOEFL preparation as I had taken my GMAT just the week previous to that. Hence, I am afraid I cannot help you much in that regard. However, if you take my advice, just go through the daily newspapers, especially the editorial section thoroughly. That will not only improve your reading speed and you understanding of the passages, but I dare say that it would help build in you the patience required to tackle long and boring passages, exactly like that you get in TOEFL.

All the Best!

do go through the OG for TOEFL, the listening section aint tht diff just dont start day dreaming in the mid of a lecture.

the reading section can be tricky sometimes especially if u get an extra reading section with entire section lasting a 100 mins !!, so do practice reading a lot in looooong tiring sessions, questions are not that diff, remember 1 thing :

the questions in toefl go with the flow of the passage so press neext read a para and then answer, dont try to read entire RC first and then start answering as in gmat,

Thanks
